Proper preparation helps ensure the best possible results and a smooth healing process. Please read the following recommendations before your appointment.

        One Week Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid Botox or dermal fillers in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks before your procedure.

  • Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, or other aggressive skin treatments in the treatment area.

  • Minimize excessive sun exposure and avoid sunburn.

        24–48 Hours Before

  • Do not consume alcohol.

  • Avoid excessive caffeine on the day of your appointment.

  • Avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements unless prescribed by your physician. These may include aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and certain herbal supplements.

On the Day of Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotions, or oils in the treatment area.

       Special Recommendations

        Eyebrows

  • Avoid waxing, threading, or tinting your eyebrows for at least 5–7 days before your appointment.

  • If you normally shape your brows, allow them to grow naturally so the best design can be created.

        Lips

  • If you are prone to cold sores (herpes simplex), consult your physician about taking an antiviral medication before your lip procedure.

  • Keep your lips well moisturized for several days before your appointment.

        Eyeliner

  • Remove contact lenses before your appointment.

  • Avoid eyelash extensions during the procedure. If possible, remove them beforehand or schedule your appointment after they have been removed.

Please contact us if you are experiencing:

  • Fever or illness

  • Active skin infection or rash in the treatment area

  • Active cold sore (for lip procedures)
